Covington Signature Realty Group, LLC. formed September 3, 2020, to provide customers/clients a refreshed brokerage addressing modern/postmodern Realty Services.  Covington Signature Real Group LLC. intends to stay ahead of any new Real Estate Changes/New Trends to better serve the customers/clients Real Estate needs. Covington Realty Group. LLC. will also ensure the process of selecting property to becoming owner with as little to no pressure possible as well as obliterate all obstacles preventing such.

Showings and Offerings

We will have a mental picture of your likes/dislikes of your dream home/property prior to showing if all possible. It is our responsibility to assess your needs, and produce the viable options prior to showing Homes/Property. This is a skill that eliminates time previewing undesirable properties. It may take previewing a hundred homes (or more) until you find your Dream Home/Property. Once found, we negotiate to an executed contract, go through inspections and the appraisal process then satisfy any Underwriting Conditions, if any, to hear the words “Clear To Close.”
